Anne-Claire discovered the
fascinating world of patents whilst gaining work experience at a leading watchmaker in 1990. After obtaining her
engineering degree from the Institute Textile et Chimique in Lyon, Anne-Claire
chose to specialise in industrial property and obtained the Diplôme d'Etudes
Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle in Strasbourg in 1995.
Her engineering degree enabled her to work for a number of intellectual property firms as well as in house for KODAK where she was coordinating the French and American patent divisions in the field of material development. In 2007 Anne-Claire relocated to Switzerland and worked for various patent attorney firms as well as a leading watchmaking group before joining Bovard in 2020.
Anne-Claire deals with
inventions, notably in the watchmaking sector, where she has acquired
extensive
experience. Her skill set extends to materials, particularly polymers
and she's equally well versed with inventions of medical devices.
Anne-Claire puts her skills and experience at the service of her clients, listening to their needs and offering them tailored advice and support in all aspects of industrial property.
