Our locations in Bern, Biel / Bienne, Neuchâtel and affiliate office in Basel have strategically been chosen to allow easy access to our Swiss customers in key industries such as watch making, machinery, construction, med tech or pharma just to mention a few.
Switzerland is also home to the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) making it easy for our IP professionals to regularly attend seminars and stay up to date on the latest international legislative and practice changes. We are representatives before the European Patent Office. In addition some of our patent attorneys are qualified representatives in front of the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

The story of BOVARD started in the capital of Switzerland. It's in Bern where we can trace back our beginnings to the young Mr F. Ch. Bovard examining patent applications alongside Albert Einstein.
Our current offices have been at this address for over 70 years.
